Help build coach and lead a team that delivers exceptional veterinary care with empathy and excellence. Youll be the onsite leaderensuring your clinic is not only operationally sound but also emotionally healthy.

Location & Schedule

This role is based out of one of our San Francisco clinics with some local travel for training and cross-functional meetings. Evening and weekend availability is required as youll be supporting a team that works when pets need us most.

The job of Clinic Manager at Modern Animal requires regular evening and weekend work managing direct reports as well as working closely with the shift leads working with clients experiencing emotional distress and / or frustration and handling uncooperative patients.

The pay range for this position is $82500 - $112750 per year; however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the California Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on geographic location.
