We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing corporate and promotional events from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of events including brand activations, product launches, and corporate functions
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operation
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor event budgets and timelines to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
Maintain accurate records and prepare event documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
