Schedule : the Site Director is expected to report at their site for PM shifts

Pay & Benefits :

• $18.50 - $21.50 per hour (depending on education)

As an AlphaBEST Enrichment Coordinator youll be trained to do the following :

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of Instructors that deliver excitement to our students in fitness the arts technology and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
• Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

Heres what youll need :

• Must have a degree (preferably in a relatable field) and / or the required amount of verifiable experience per AZ licensing regulations
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by AZ childcare licensing regulations
