Job Title : Roving Facilities Technician

Property Assignment : All properties

Job Location : Minnesota and out of state as needed (Full-time)

Salary Range : $25.00-$30.00 per hour

• This position requires traveling to multiple properties in the Twin Cities and other nearby states.

Job Summary

A Roving Facilities Technician will be responsible for completing daily and preventative building, unit, and grounds maintenance at the properties.

Essential Functions

Completes general and preventive maintenance daily.

Performs seasonally appropriate grounds maintenance.
