Samsung Research America (SRA) seeks a senior‑level litigator to manage a docket of patent infringement matters out of our Mountain View location. As a part of this team, you will be tasked to own and solve problems, operate at the forefront of federal court practice, and be part of groundbreaking patent law issues. Lab Summary

Our team handles various intellectual property matters, including intellectual property litigation, patent acquisition, anti‑counterfeit / brand enforcement, patent licensing, and intellectual property policy / outreach. Our talented attorneys and professionals have worked on some of the largest and most complex matters, and we are excited to be bringing on someone new.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage high‑exposure patent litigation matters
• Oversee the preparation of witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Formulate winning litigation strategies and tactics
• Assist in drafting and reviewing briefs, motions, and court pleadings
• Manage litigation fees and costsCoordinate internal document collection and production
• Advise management and internal teams on impactful issues
• Attend industry conferences to gain insights and network with peers

$197,800—$296,600 USD
