Weekly Hours : 40.00

Salary Range : $30.40 - $45.36

Pay Info : Sign-on BONUS of up to $20,000 available for eligible applicants!

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support our general surgery team and provide outstanding patient care. This role includes :

Performance of nursing assessments and evaluations
Coordination of patient care in collaboration with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
Patient education regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
Participation in a supportive and team-oriented work environment

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities :

The Registered Nurse (RN) will :

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized care to patients.

Engage in patient triage and various nursing interventions.

Collaborate effectively with inter-professional teams, including physicians, to formulate and assess care plans.

Comply with the full scope of nursing practices as determined by state law and the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have :

A degree from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

A minimum of 400 hours of RN (or LPN) experience at another facility.

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.

Certification may be required depending on specialty.
