Education & Experience
Required :
High School diploma or GED
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to receive a favorable Interim and final adjudicated DoD background investigation
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer service environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple screens or web browsers simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred :
TRICARE customer service experience
Contact center experience, including chat messaging
Military connectedness or experience serving military communities
Key Responsibilities
Accurately and professionally respond to healthcare inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries and providers via phone, chat, email, or other written communication
Resolve customer inquiries by taking ownership, using sound judgment, and utilizing available resources to achieve resolution on initial contact
Meet productivity and performance metrics, including consistent attendance and adherence to your work schedule
Document all customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Participate in ongoing training to stay current and fully proficient in handling customer needs
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
