About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time Electrical Construction Engineer / Field Engineer who can take charge of active job sites, lead technicians, coordinate daily field operations, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This role is fully field based. You’ll travel to project sites daily across the Northeast, supervise installation activities, solve issues in real time, and ensure that electrical and lighting retrofit work meets Oberon’s quality standards. Company-provided accommodation is offered at all project locations.
We welcome recent F1 OPT graduates for this role. High-performing team members are eligible for future H1B sponsorship.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on active site involvement, enjoys leading crews, and prefers field execution over office work.
