Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

JOB SUMMARY :

Weare seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Radiant Medical Staffing to provide direct patient care in avariety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, andassisted living communities, based on the needs of our clients. This flexibleper-diem position allows you to choose your schedule and work in differentenvironments based on your experience, while providing excellent care topatients.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc.) and report any significant changes to the nursing staff
• Assist in transferring patients and positioning them for comfort and safety
• Help patients with basic medical tasks such as collecting specimens, feeding, and administering medications as directed by medical staff
• Document patient care and observations accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control standards
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Ensure patient privacy and dignity at all times
• Work in various healthcare facilities on an as-needed basis based on your availability and selection of shifts within our staffing app
