As an Asphalt Concrete Cost Estimator, you’ll partner with project managers, engineers, and field teams to assess project requirements, analyze costs, and provide strategic input to ensure our bids are competitive and sustainable. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to deliver exceptional results, maintain client satisfaction, and drive our continued growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum 3 years of cost estimation experience, preferably in asphalt and concrete construction
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Advanced numeric and math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
