Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Safety Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of job site safety across multiple construction projects. This role plays a critical part in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs that meet or exceed regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. The Senior Safety Manager will act as a strategic leader and technical expert, mentoring field teams, managing risk, and working closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and manage company-wide safety policies and site-specific safety plans
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, state / local laws)
• Lead accident and incident investigations; document findings and implement corrective actions
• Serve as a resource to project teams on safety-related concerns and best practices
• Conduct or coordinate safety training sessions (OSHA 10 / 30, toolbox talks, hazard communication, etc.)
• Monitor and track safety performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with subcontractors to ensure safety alignment and compliance with company standards
• Oversee pre-task planning and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) processes
• Stay current with federal, state, and industry safety regulations and trends
• Report directly to company leadership with safety performance updates and recommendations
