Physical Therapist – Marietta (East Cobb), GA

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in East Cobb.

Success in this role means providing personalized, one-on-one care that helps patients achieve their goals while feeling supported every step of the way. You’ll work alongside a team that values collaboration, learning, communication, and community connection.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate each patient’s needs and create individualized treatment plans focused on restoring movement, strength, and function.
  • Partner with physicians, patients, and caregivers to ensure clear communication and coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and wellness strategies for long-term success.
  • Document treatments and progress accurately using our EMR system.
  • Stay current with best practices and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the clinic.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, positive environment where every patient feels seen and supported.

Qualifications

  • Education : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure : Active Georgia Physical Therapy license
  • Experience : Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred; new grads with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A patient-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Confidence in clinical reasoning and treatment planning.
  • Certifications : Current CPR certification (required). Specialty certifications (e.g., OCS, Dry Needling) are a plus.
