Warehouse Supervisor

We are excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Warehouse Supervisor at our Clarksburg WV location. The Warehouse Supervisor is a working leader responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations driving productivity and ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

â What Youll Do :

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates in day-to-day operations.

Assign daily work monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed.

Provide hands-on training mentorship and support to team members.

Conduct regular coaching sessions and corrective action when necessary.

Evaluate employee performance and assist in hiring onboarding and disciplinary processes.

Enforce safety procedures PPE usage and company policy adherence.

Ensure a respectful inclusive and productive team environment.

Oversee receiving picking packing staging shipping inventory control and order fulfillment processes.

Verify accuracy of shipments and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Assist in conducting cycle counts and support inventory audits.

Operate and monitor warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Fill in for drivers or warehouse associates as needed to support workflow.

Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse.

Support and report safety violations or incidents to management immediately.

Utilize warehouse systems (e.g. Eclipse WMS) to update and track inventory and order data.

Communicate with branch staff and other departments to resolve order shipping or customer-related issues.

Help implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost accuracy and efficiency.

ð What We Need :

Solid knowledge of warehouse operations inventory control and shipping / receiving practices.

Effective supervisory skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook) and warehouse management systems.

Able to work independently while maintaining communication with leadership.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

ð Position Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience; at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.

Valid drivers license; forklift certification preferred.

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.

Frequent bending stooping reaching walking and occasional ladder use.

Exposure to warehouse conditions including fluctuating temperatures and noise.
