Key Responsibilities Handles and responds to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and report status Utilizes systems and databases to enter and retrieve client information as needed Maintains contact with the QA department regarding workflow and report status Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone Familiarity with multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
