Job Summary
This position will report the Chief Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with AMSC's campus internal teams and stakeholders to understand their HR related needs. This position will be responsible for completing tasks and support the daily operations of the Human Resources department to include yet not limited to HRIS operations, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.The ideal candidate will possess the ability to cultivate professional relationships that fully contribute and promote student success.

Clery Disclosure
Campus Security Authority (CSA) Responsibilities : This position is classified as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) under the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. As a CSA, the employee will have specific responsibilities to report any Clery Act qualifying crimes that they are made aware of to the institution's designated office. CSA duties include promptly reporting incidents and cooperating with Clery Act compliance efforts, including attending required training.
