Pay Range : $19.32+ per hour. Salary offers are based on factors including skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Job Responsibilities
Assigned a territory to cover phlebotomy duties within a Patient Service Center, doctors office, or as business needs dictateDraw quality blood samples from patients and prepare those specimens for lab testingCollect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance examsEnter billing information and collect payment when requiredCoach, mentor, instruct, and act as a resource advisor for new employees; serve as the on-site staff point of contact and provide input to the group lead or supervisorTravel to additional doctors offices or Patient Service Center sites when neededQualifications
Required EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentMedical training : medical assistant or paramedic training preferredPhlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and WashingtonWork ExperienceThree years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collectionsMinimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferredCustomer service in a retail or service environment preferredKeyboard / data entry experienceThe position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
