What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email sequences, and social outreach
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage and qualify decision-makers
  • Identify potential business challenges and introduce tailored solutions offered by the client
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads and set up discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to align messaging and improve lead quality
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track activity metrics
  • Continuously test and improve messaging strategies, outreach cadences, and call scripts
