Core responsibilities

Solution design : Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD).

Implementation oversight : Work closely with RPA developers to ensure the successful implementation of bots and solutions.

Documentation and validation : Create process documentation and validate that the automation outcomes meet business goals.

Change management : Help facilitate the transition to automated processes and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

Required skills and qualifications
