BC required

Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call

ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS required

All are preferred but not required

General anesthesia, neuro head & spine, PA catheter, lines, ortho, endo, OB, regional, epidural

Credentialing needed

DEA needed
