Provides Primary Care and Occupational Health services

Patient Population : Ages 2 and up

Start : ASAP

Contract : 2 3 months, with option to extend or convert to temp-to-perm

Schedule :

Monday through Friday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
