We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our dynamic creative team. As a Senior Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing creative concepts, designs, and visual strategies across various mediums for our B2B business initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of compelling and impactful visual solutions that meet the objectives of our partners. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional artistic talent, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation in the field of visual communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop content
  • Work collaboratively with your copywriter partner to conceptualize and execute content for B2B including digital advertising campaigns, website, emails, direct mail, event design, sales tools, presentations, organic social media and content that will drive SEO such as blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, and hosted webinars.
  • Conceptualizing and executing engaging on-brand visuals.
  • Experiential concepting and execution for tradeshows and conferences
  • Contribute to development of strategy + processes + team culture
  • Collaborate with the Creative team, Creative Operations and B2B internal stakeholders to continuously optimize the healthcare process.
  • Collaborate with creative team + cross functional partners to understand business goals, strategies, and insights to inform the development of creative work.
  • Embrace and exemplify Noom’s principles.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in an art direction / design role for B2C / B2B or subscription-based brands.Proven track record in a high functioning, fast-paced environment, in-house or agency. Start-up experience is a huge plus.A compelling portfolio of distinctive, attention-grabbing work.
  • An excellent sense for design.
  • Demonstrable success collaborating with copywriters, junior designers, video editors and motion graphics artists to deliver a cohesive message.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects is a plus
  • Proficiency in Deck Design (Google Slides)
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience with Print, OOH and Experiential a plus (booth design)

    • Base Salary

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000 - $150,000.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
