Job description$180k base salary average 100% employer covered medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD / STD and 401k with match Excellent PTO and paid holidays off, malpractice with tail coverage CME reimbursement and CME days off, annual fee stipend relocation assistance, student loan repayment Provides direct patient care within the scope of primary care medicine in an outpatient setting Effectively utilizes team based care model, leveraging expertise of all members of multi-disciplinary team 14 patients per day 3 FM and 3 NP team minimal phone call Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor or Doctor Osteopathy Active OR license is preferred but not needed
