Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, overseeing patient health and wellness, and ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. The LPN will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for our residents.

Qualifications :

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including electronic medical records.
• CPR / First Aid certification.
• A bachelor's or associate's degree in nursing is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
