Job Title : Superintendent (Night Shift)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee our night shift operations. This role is crucial to the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial projects, requiring a strong background in construction management and the ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall field operations on large projects, ensuring adherence to company policies regarding safety, scheduling, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with a team of superintendents, providing guidance and support to foster excellence in their roles.
- Establish measures to assess the impact, quality, and timeliness of project results, while celebrating successes and sharing lessons learned.
- Leverage business insights to make informed decisions that create a competitive advantage.
- Deploy a strategic mindset to evaluate solutions to long-term opportunities and risks.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience as a superintendent on $15-50+ million commercial or industrial construction projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore.Construction-document and drawing literacy, with knowledge of all construction phases.Strong understanding and enforcement of construction safety processes.Experience supervising a project team.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management; electrical or mechanical engineering degree is highly beneficial.5+ years with a Construction Management or General Contractor organization working on $20-$50 million projects.Equivalent combinations of education and experience are considered.Work Environment
This role requires you to be onsite with the team during the night shift from 5pm to 2am, fostering growth opportunities within a projected team of 20 people. You will be part of a team working on a three-year bond project, offering a great opportunity to integrate into the TI team. The position is based at the Intel site in Santa Clara, ensuring you are at the heart of project operations
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 / hr.
