We're looking for a Director of Operations to bring strategic insight, structure, and efficiency to our growing organization. This is a key leadership role focused on driving scalable operations, improving workflows, and aligning cross-functional processes with business goals. You'll be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, introducing new technologies, and building the operational foundation that supports long-term growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Own and improve operational workflows, systems, and procedures to support scalable growth
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that streamline internal processes across departments
  • Partner with department leaders to document SOPs, define KPIs, and remove operational friction
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, including project management, CRM ownership, customer support, IT, and deployment
  • Monitor cross-departmental workflows and surface process improvements that support efficiency and accountability
  • Oversee internal tools and vendor relationships to ensure system performance and alignment with business needs
  • Work closely with leadership to align operations with strategic goals and evolving business needs

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in a tech-forward or growth-stage company
  • Strong background in process improvement, workflow optimization, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, and manage tools and technologies that support efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • Tech-savvy with a systems mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • High learning agility and a willingness to develop subject matter knowledge in a new industry
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or a related industry is a plus

    • SALARY :

    This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.

  • Base salary range : $115,000 - $135,000
  • Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized) : $145,725 - $169,725

    • LOCATION : This role requires the employee to work fully onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.
