Sales Trainer

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer-SaaS to train and coach sales professionals in the beauty and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities : Develop and deliver tailored training materials and resources for sales teams Onboard new sales team members and facilitate product and sales training sessions Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing coaching to ensure development and goal achievement Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of proven experience in sales with a solid understanding of sales processes Previous experience in a sales training, enablement, or coaching role is preferred
