TRG is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Business Development Manager to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead new business development efforts to expand TRGs client base and nurture existing relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via proactive outreach and relationship-building
Craft and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that address client needs effectively
Adopt a solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry changes to capitalize on emerging opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record in business development within the staffing industry
5+ years of experience in business development and account management preferably within the IT staffing industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional negotiation skills
