Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine production tasks such as filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs following FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
  • Work effectively in a team to support team goals and objectives.
  • Make effective decisions related to position requirements.
  • Follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
  • Work under direct supervision, adhering to standard operating procedures.

Experience Required

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area / process / method.
  • Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.

    • Skills & Certifications

  • Effective communication skills at a level coworkers and Team Lead / Supervisor can understand.
  • Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
  • Perform basic math calculations.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
  • Ability to work well with others and function effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

    • Eligibilities & qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is not required for entry-level positions.
  • Prefer 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
  • Must be able to work flexible and / or extended hours.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination for forklift operations and respirator fit test (if applicable).
