Commercial Litigation Attorney

Our client, a full-service construction law firm with a thriving commercial litigation practice, is seeking a Litigation Associate (2-7 years of experience) for a full-time role in Houston. This position offers substantial client interaction, significant responsibility, and the chance to be part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide legal support to clients and maintain strong client relationships.

Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, mediation memoranda, and status reports.

Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues.

Prepare discovery, including gathering information from clients.

Assist with deposition preparation and trial readiness, including outlines, exhibit lists, jury charges, and briefs.

Draft trial, arbitration, and post-trial briefs and motions.

Contribute to large-scale document reviews for investigations, discovery, or government requests.

Qualifications :

2-7 years of litigation experience (construction law experience a plus).

Excellent academic credentials.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing practice group.

Base Salary : Starting at $130,000+ (commensurate with experience).
