Our client, a leading distributor of high-performance engineering plastic shapes, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.  A minimum of 2 years' experience is needed to be considered for this role.  All shifts are open!

Job Title : CNC Machinist (Direct Hire)

Location : Orchard Park, NY

Pay Range : $25 - $32 / hr

2nd shift :  Monday–Thursday, 4 : 00 PM–2 : 30 AM

What's the Job?

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines.
• Plan and perform machine operations utilizing numerical controlled machines, including mills, lathes, routers, and / or saws to machine plastic or metal work pieces to specifications.
• Interpret complicated drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets to determine work to be done.
• Perform diversified operations on numerical controlled machines.
• Conduct a variety of inspection and gauging operations to ensure maintenance of quality standards and specifications.
