IOA's On Lok PACE program is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team in a per diem capacity. This role provides dependable 1-2 days of work per month, with additional opportunities to support the team during vacations, leaves, and other coverage needs.
As part of a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will play a key role in assessing participants' nutritional needs, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring high-quality meal and nutrition services for older adults in our Adult Day Health Center.
This is an excellent fit for an RD who values flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to support a mission-driven program serving the Bay Area's aging community.
