We are seeking an Otolaryngologist for a well-established and very successful Otolaryngology practice in Southeast Virginia. This practice features : A Partnership Track Position with reasonable buy-in. 90th percentile income potential. Established panel of patients - with 8-16 new patients daily. 200-300 daily patient flow through. Over 8k annual patient encounters for every practitioner. Surgery Center Ownership with a 20% ROI. Multiple offices with 5 partners and a 1 : 6 call schedule. Robust patient volumes in audiology and allergy. Generous starting salary and productivity incentive.
