Job Summary :  As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. Your role will involve understanding customer concerns, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate advice on vehicle issues.
• Create detailed service orders and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for service work.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
