Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Seeking a physician for a Geriatric primary care clinic in Kokomo, IN. This is a long-term opportunity.

Location : Kokomo, IN.

Position Type : Full time.

Start Date : Quick start is preferred.

Duration : 6 month contract with extension possibility.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00a-4 : 30p (no weekends / holidays). Call required on a very infrequent basis.

Pay Rate : Negotiable by phone.

Qualifications

Board Certified, DEA, BLS

IN state license

3-5 years of experience with patients aged 55-65+
