Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Java Developer to lead the development and maintenance of scalable Java-based applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level Java solutions, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and thrive in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Java-based applications and systems to meet business objectives.
• Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient Java solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system stability.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
