Salary Range : $32.50 - $48.00

Pay Info : $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in delivering individualized nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinating resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
• Serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate.

You will ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care while adhering to the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
