Renewal Specialist
This is a remote position. This company is a leading U.S.-based education technology provider that delivers engaging, standards-aligned instructional content to schools and districts. They are seeking a Renewal Specialist with strong organizational skills, experience managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts, and proven ability to streamline processes and improve automation. In this role, you will own the end-to-end renewal process for approximately 500 school and small district accounts, optimize quote generation workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive retention and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Own book of business, owning the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of school and small districts across approximately 500 accounts.
- Own the renewal, expansion and risk mitigation experience for a defined set of accounts.
- Support and scale our quote generation process for schools and small districts.
- Help evaluate and implement tools that enhance automation and price estimation.
- Maintain accurate subscription, contact, and quote information in various record systems.
- Communicate with customers to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues when needed.
- Complete assigned Gainsight tasks and surveys on time.
- Contribute ideas and feedback on how we can improve the customer renewal journey.
- Identify ways to increase efficiency and reduce churn.
- Help pilot improvement and share insights from your work to shape broader processes.
- Support cross-functional efforts to evolve renewal communications and documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements :
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.6+ months of experience in a SaaS or EdTech environment in roles such as Sales Development Rep, Renewals Rep, or Business Development.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.Experience owning a book of business or managing account-based workflows preferred.Experience with Salesforce.com and / or Gainsight preferred.Highly organized, process-oriented, and eager to improve how things get done.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working independently and collaborative.Benefits :
