Job description
A company is looking for an Order Processing Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders through Salesforce workflows with precision
Maintain accuracy of Salesforce and monitor data flow between integrated platforms
Assist with onboarding and provide training documents and promote data literacy
Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or similar order processing systems
Ability to manage and maintain customer files and sales contracts
Familiarity with data integrity and reporting processes
Experience in training or documentation development
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
