Litigation Associate | Hackensack, NJ | Hybrid Opportunity

Our client, recognized by U.S. News among the “Best Companies to Work For – Law Firms,” is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years of general liability experience to join their growing Hackensack, New Jersey office. Maritime case experience is a plus but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, nationally recognized firm with more than 200 attorneys across the country.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse caseload involving general liability and maritime matters.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and all aspects of case management.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case status updates.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $120000 – $155,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
