Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Quality Imaging : Perform general radiographic and specialty images using clinical protocols. Position patients with care, ensuring their comfort while obtaining high-quality images.
- Accurate Record Keeping : Input patient information into the electronic medical record and Radiology Information System (RIS) accurately. Ensure patient identification follows organizational policies.
- Exceptional Customer Service : Provide timely and friendly service to patients, physicians, and colleagues. Communicate effectively about procedures and results, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Safety First : Maintain safe radiation levels and adhere to safety protocols. Conduct equipment checks and complete quality assurance activities to protect patients and staff.
- Team Collaboration : Arrive ready to work, assist in training new employees, and communicate effectively with team members to enhance workflow and patient care.
Requirements & QualificationsBasic Qualifications
Experience : N / AEducation : Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program by time of hire.Licenses & Certifications :Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire.
Basic Life Support certification required at hire.Additional Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in performing required procedures and exams.Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with all stakeholders.Ability to work well as a team member within the organization.Knowledgeable about radiation safety and infection control practices.Commitment to providing excellent customer service.Effective communication with diverse populations, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.Preferred Qualifications
