Job Overview

As an Overnight Receiving Colleague, you'll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly. You'll work as part of a team to manage the flow of merchandise - making sure products are received, processed, and ready for the sales floor quickly and efficiently. You'll also help maintain the organization and cleanliness of both the stockroom and the store, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for customers.

You'll also play a key part in customer interactions - greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

They take pride in their role, work collaboratively with their team, and help ensure the stockroom and store are clean, organized, and set up for success. At the start of each shift, they review priorities, get up to speed on incoming merchandise, and focus on efficiently processing product - so everything is ready and available for the sales floor by morning.

Who You Are

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to :

• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules / procedures in English

Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

Meeting daily sales goal challenges

Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information

Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
