Summary
This position provides administrative support to Five Oaks Financial Advisors. This role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The incumbent supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to : answering the phones, meeting / greeting members, handling / distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by Five Oaks Financial Advisors.
This position has an immediate licensing growth track in the first six months with compensation readjustments, position will then become a Licensed Client Services Administrator. This position is full time sitting out of the South Charolotte area (hybrid); compensation is $20 / hr to start. Benefits include : Holiday Pay and PTO.
