A company is looking for a Freight Broker Agent to expand its Agent Program and support entrepreneurial independents in growing their Agency. Key Responsibilities Provide full-scale multi-modal transportation management services Utilize internal automated pricing tools and TMS for operational support Access and manage relationships with over 60,000 carrier partners Required Qualifications Previous experience in freight brokering or freight sales A current book of business with actively shipping customers Ability to work independently as a 1099 agent Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on agency growth Willingness to engage with ongoing training and support
