Brief Description :

This position is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing new and existing customers in the aerospace fastener industry.

Job Activities & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and strive to exceed sales and margin budget
  • Develop current and new customers to maximize opportunities
  • Establish and implement scalable sales and marketing programs that provide top level customer service and communication
  • Negotiate and establish contracts and LTAs
  • Manage KPIs, reporting metrics, and regularly report performance to the ELT
  • Promote AFC Industries Corporate Positive TEAM culture to customers and within AFC
  • Willing to travel
  • Other duties as assigned

Professional Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and present professional and compelling proposals and sales presentations
  • Ability to interpret and analyze company financial data
  • High degree of business acumen
  • Knowledge in preparing company budgets
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications, with particular focus in Excel
  • Work Experience

  • 5 years proven track record of successful sales and / or a combination of sales and sales leadership within the aerospace industry, preferably with fasteners
  • Understanding of aerospace industry regulations and standards
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
