Leidos is seeking a SME Instructional And Exercise Support Lead to lead an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD or McLean, VA. An Active TS / SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following :

Leads development of in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments

Meets regularly with customer to gather and prioritize requirements for team

Creates and maintains team's workload documents

Promotes training across organization

Ensures all products are consistent with government-approved programs of instruction standards that prioritize accessibility to resources per EO 14035

May assist with all aspects of the courses, including instructional design, tracking course enrollment, scheduling guest speakers if required, and incorporating student feedback for future course improvement

Basic Qualifications

Ten years of experience and a M.A. / M.S. degree or 12 years with a B.A. / B.S. and at least 6 years of management level responsibility.

TS / SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
