Job Details

Title : Clinical Director (MD / DO)

Location : approx. 35 minutes from East Side Washington, DC

Type : Full-time, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Incentives : Sign-on bonus and relocation support (open to market feedback)

Admin / Clinical Split : 10–20% administrative / 80–90% clinical

Clinical Scope : Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, Care Management

Patient Volume : 12–16 patients / day depending on leadership duties

Leadership Responsibilities :

Supervise physicians, NPs, behavioral health providers, and care managers

Oversee clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with HRSA, PCMH, and FQHC standards

Collaborate with CEO and Board on strategic planning

Serve as liaison between clinical staff and administration

Ideal Candidate :

MD or DO with active Maryland license and DEA registration

Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine

5+ years clinical experience, 2+ years in leadership

FQHC or community health experience preferred
