Now we’re looking for a Showroom Customer Service Representative to join our Franklin, MA team! If you love connecting with people, providing top-tier service, and being part of a supportive, growth-minded company — this role is for you.

✨ What You’ll Do :

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, helping them find the perfect products for their projects.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, quotes, and order processing.
• Build relationships that make a difference — and contribute directly to Ferguson’s success.

🕐 Schedule : Monday–Friday (8 : 30 AM–5 PM) + one Saturday per month (10 AM–2 PM)

💰 Compensation : $40,000–$56,000 annually (base + commission eligibility)
