Job Specifics

• Location : Green Bay / Marinette / Oconto
• FTE Status : Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours / week)
• Work Schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm in Marinette; Thursday, 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm in Green Bay or Oconto. Optional remote work on Thursdays when working in Green Bay or Oconto.

Job Description :

Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider / Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN / Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications :

LPNs : Wisconsin LPN license required.

CMAs : AAMA or CCMA certification required.

Previous clinic experience preferred.
