Retail Success is looking for Software Engineers (Back End, Front End, and Full Stack) for hybrid roles in our Overland Park, KS office.

Are you passionate about building smart, scalable software? Whether your strengths lie in clean back-end logic, stunning front-end experiences, or bridging both worlds — we want to meet you! We're expanding our development team and are hiring multiple software engineers across a mix of specialties :

Back-End Engineers – Experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, and SQL

Front-End Engineers – Skilled in React

Full Stack Engineers – Confident working across front-end and back-end technologies
