Assistant Project Manager Industrial Construction

Location : Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
• Monitor construction progress and provide detailed reports on milestones, timelines, and budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, site inspections, and progress meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Help identify potential project risks and propose solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
